Kasawo Secondary School is a historic and well-established mixed day secondary school located on Kigayaaza Hill. Founded in 1927 as Kasawo Elementary Vernacular School, it has grown over the years into a respected institution offering both ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level education. With a rich heritage dating back to its early beginnings under Mr. D.B. Ousley and support from King Daudi Chwa, the school has continuously evolved to meet the educational needs of the community. It became a government school in 1979 and was later elevated to a High School in 1987.
